  1. Composition is okay, but ditch the parsley IMO, get your puree smooth, and render that duck fat better. Looks like you didn’t do any pre-rendering and just went at it with too much heat in one go

  2. Overall, looks good, but–just IMHO–the duck is being overwhelmed by too many veggies. The protein is supposed to be the star of the show.
