Plate 1 is infinitely better. Both in composition and arrangement, choice of plate, and entirety.
From the shown angles I prefer the plate variation though there’s too much empty space imo.
Air dry your segments on a jcloth or rack for a couple of hours before torching them.
This is GORGEOUS. The plate of the first image ties it all together. The plating is on top!
This def belongs in a bowl from a consumption perspective. I don’t love glass bowls (or plates tbh) but eating a frozen dessert off a plate sucks.
