Some of the cheese cubes contain these seemingly weird texts. Most of them was just empty.

If it’s just random words and people’s names, some of them are kind of unfortunate. One cube I opened said Icone, Toxic, Circus first thing I saw.

Anyone know why?

I’ve never seen these before, but if you look at the wrapper above that says Rachel, Ross, Brad Pitt these are clues for Jennifer Aniston whose name is right below.

If you turn them upside down, there’s names of famous people, and the french words are clues as to who they are.

Apéricubes are supposed to be eaten as a communal group snack with your friends*, during apéro, so it’s probably like a charades version or something.

    * I would gladly eat them by the box alone if I could find them in the UK.

They used to contain small trivia quizzes, now it’s just seemingly 3 words which link between them you have to find: for instance **Marguerite Duras** was a French author born in former French colony **Indochine** (now Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos), who wrote the screenplay for critically acclaimed movie **Hiroshima**, mon amour (loosely based on her life) , and she won the prix **Goncourt**, the most prestigious prize for French-language novels.

    “Icone/Toxic/Circus” must be Britney Spears
