One has brown butter mayo and the other has roasted garlic and herb mayo. This was my first time making mayo and I will definitely do so again. Both lobster rolls are served in split top buns toasted with browned butter. The brown butter version also has brown butter drizzled on top. This one was the clear winner, although both were amazing.

Iโ€™m using the leftover mayo to make deviled eggs tomorrow.

    Looks amazing! Where did you get your lobster from? Are you lucky enough to be on the coast? Coming from someone who isnโ€™t and looking for good lobster sources.
