from a layman’s perspective, this dish looks incredibly delicious and I would love to eat it. I would be disappointed at the number of fries and the small amount of lobster oil mayo… but I get that this is /r/culinaryplating so this might be part of a #-course meal or something

I don’t dislike this plating but it’s very mid 2000s

The fries seem so out of place. Also, roast or grill that asparagus, nobody wants to eat blanched asparagus.

I’m sure it tastes good… but I would be disappointed if served this in a restaurant.

Looks yummers 💯🚫🧢
I personally don’t like the way the sauce dots are arranged but it’s subjective. The tomatoes looks a bit scattered in some parts but this dish definitely makes my tummy grumble 😋

Mad props! That looks incredible! Very well done!

Everything but the fries are symmetrical. Maybe figure out a plating arrangement where those are on both sides

This looks soo good and is a nice refreshing change of pace – simple ingredients organized in a beautiful fashion. I would happily eat everything on this plate with no issue.

Lobster *oil* mayo? Is this something that can be bought or is it made from the lobster and that lobster went to a different dish?

Looks delicious and I would love to eat this, but I thought the fries were roasted carrots and I like that much better! Fries just seem out of place.

Looks delicious! How did you make the lobster oil Mayo?

Looks good to me! Might be hard to cut through the salmon if it’s draped over the asparagus like that tho

Not sure if this was covered but why not cook the asparagus after it was blanched???
