  1. I’m into all of the flavors. I think it needs a bigger plate and to be spread out more, that way we can get a better look at the chicken

    I am a fan of fennel, raw and cooked, was looking at some last week at the market. I would eat that meal and ooh and aaah I’m sure. The choice of bowl and layering says hearty rustic to me.

    I expected a few sprigs of fennel for decoration, the slices look too much like wishbones lol.
