3 c cooked rice (I used white because I had it leftover, you can use any but the counts will change)
2 tbs arrowroot or cornstarch
2 c Vanilla Soymilk
1/4 c Dried Cherries
1/4 c Maple Syrup
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
1 tbs Hershey’s Special Dark 100% Cacao Powder
Add cornstarch/arrowroot to 1.5 c of the soymilk. Combine all ingredients except .5 c of soymilk left. Bake at 350F for an hour.
Remove from oven and stir in additional .5 c of soymilk. Let rest for one hour.
I did not let it rest for an hour, lol. It’s very yummy!
