  1. I never knew there is other tartars than beef. Actually thinking about it there was a pork tartar in Germany. I just hope nobody dares a chicken tartar.

    Hi, any guidelines on how to select a piece of lamb for this? What cut and is there such a thing as tartare grade lamb? thks
