Celeriac gallet with chili oil marinated celeriac, goat cheese, fried rosemary, roasted celeriac, pickled mustard seeds, and slivered almonds

Those mustard seeds look lovely and plump – they’re almost like little berries all together like that. This dish sounds delicious. I think I would like an element that’s really green to go with it, perhaps? Even a few drops of a parsley oil could work for colour contrast and to set off the similar flavours?
