Dinner May 5, 2026Meatloaf, carrots, and potatoes. I didn’t have meatloaf seasoning, so I tossed in seasoning for beef stew. Glaze was ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar. It took every ounce of my being not to eat the whole meatloaf. OMG.
Dinner May 5, 2026Cheesy Stuffed Chicken, Lasagna, Sliders, and Parm Fries + boiled white fish with a soy-ginger glaze, maki piece, and a lemon-dressed spinach salad. Dinner for two but I made both.
