Dinner October 19, 2025Half-@$$ Kung Pao Chicken (I call it that because it’s not an authentic recipe, just an approximation), with broccoli (sautéed in vegetable oil, garlic, white pepper & oyster sauce), with white rice. Woulda preferred Chinese broccoli, but couldn’t get to the Asian market. Still… I’m pleased with it.
