These were gooood.
Been messing around with large cookies for the novelty of it. There are about 5 inches across and almost an inch thick at the edge. They come out almost like a little pan pizza with a crust.
I need to stop making them now because I can't help myself lol.

I have begun to tire of cookie slitting videos but I’d be lying if this one didn’t speak to me. I think they’re the perfect thickness for that size and chocolate chip is just goated as a cookie. I take back my initial judgement.
