  1. Looks tasty sounds tasty. The zig zag purée looks dumb though. Sorry. Just keep it simple. A little dollop to dip into on the side and leave some negative space on the plate.

  2. I do agree with the zig zag being much it does take away from the presentation, I’m looking and learning about plating too, we are in the same boat friend. My problem is I’m always ready to eat after I make my dish😅😆
