  1. Needs some red or purple. Sloppy plating, tapenade looks random instead of it popping out. Maybe put the tapenade under the poached eggs.

    And crumble the feta more.

    This dish needs some texture.

    Everything is soft and mushy. Fried poached eggs would make a huge difference.

  3. I agree that the color tone, or hue, I may have this mixed up, is one note. Could use a pop of a contrasting color.

    Feels like all that oregano would be a lot! Agree needs texture too
    You could use day old polenta and grill it as well

  5. You’re onto something here. A savory eggy polenta sounds awesome. I feel that is an overpowering amount of fresh oregano though. Maybe something fried and crispy crumbled up on top for texture. (I also feel like somehow tarragon would be awesome in this)

  6. Aside the fact that the polenta would have required double the cooking time, it looks pretty good!
