


đŸ”¥Holiday apartment came with a BBQ, so naturally we couldn't leave it alone. Piri Piri prawns loaded with garlic and fresh lime juice, straight off the grill. Genuinely one of the best things I've eaten in a while. Holiday cooking is something else.

You'll need 300g raw prawns/shrimp, 3 crushed garlic cloves, 2 tbsp Piri Piri sauce, the juice of 1 lime, a glug of olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix the garlic, Piri Piri sauce, lime juice and olive oil together in a bowl. Toss the prawns in the marinade and leave for at least 20 mins. Chuck them on a hot BBQ or griddle pan for 2-3 mins each side until pink and slightly charred. Squeeze over a little extra lime and serve.
