    I should have used smaller shallots for the rings, they kind of just look like onion rings. And the long chive is pretty lame but I didn’t have much to break up the beige going on in the center of the dish. Overall I don’t hate the dish. Curious to see what you guys think. Pick it apart!

  2. Sorry chef…sauce the plate then lay out the protein on top. Conserve the look of the chicken. Same with all proteins really. It’s why God gave us sauce cones, lol!
