Grating some plain old grocery store mozza for tonight’s garlic bread and thought I’d share a pic of it with my Costco find – spicy Dill Pickle Monterey Jack. Nothing too fancy, but giving it a whirl later this week. I think it will make some tasty grilled turkey and cheese sandwiches!
