
My wife made this last week. Ingredients not named in the title include peccorino cheese and pecans.
It was great! What I enjoyed about it was the different flavours in each forkful. Mmm. Bacon. Mmm. Chard. Wait! What’s that? Mmm. A pecan. And it’s all brought together with a creamy sheep peccorino cheese. The cheese on it’s own is noticeably salty which works very well in this recipe. Recommended.
