

I’ve set it to lose 1/2 lb per week, but I feel like I don’t actually lose anything (if I eat 1650, it usually takes a few weeks to lose 1/2 lb) and that I’m weighing all my food for nothing. It’s like I have to be 100% on top of things and extreme to lose weight, and I’ve shown myself I can lose the weight (I went from around 145 to 115 and started using Loseit halfway through that journey). But then as soon as I stop being extreme (I stop eating when I’m full, I go on walks and hikes but maybe I’m not running anymore), it climbs back up. I’m so fed up and tired.
