    1. Fajita Ground Beef Bowl – sautéed peppers and onions until they were slightly charred, seasoned with taco seasoning and served with leftover taco meat, rice, salad mix, salsa, and sour cream.

    2. Chicken noodle soup with 50/50 white whole wheat flour from The Perfect Loaf. Riffed on [this](https://sallysbakingaddiction.com/lightened-creamy-chicken-noodle-soup/) chicken noodle soup recipe. Didn’t have celery and added mushrooms. Only added a splash of cream. (My wife was sick 😩)

    3. Sub with ham, gouda, salad, tomato, and home canned banana peppers.

    4. [Garlic cheesy herb sourdough loaf](https://pantrymama.com/sourdough-herb-garlic-twist-loaf/) with dipping sauce to use up some of the oregano in my garden. I added some cheddar cheese.

    5. Tater tot casserole, enchilada edition. Just trying to get an easy to eat food for my poor wife’s throat, but it is a very tasty cozy meal. Adapted from [this](https://damndelicious.net/2017/02/25/slow-cooker-tater-tot-casserole/) recipe for the oven.
