I smoked some Monterey Jack in February or march this year, been vac sealed and the fridge since. Was cleaning out and realized I forgot about this block buried in the drawer. Still good to eat? I have noticed on some parts is white on the outside, I don’t think it’s mold? Any help would be appreciated!
