I grilled this ≈1.25”(thick) porterhouse for ≈ 4-5 minutes per side at about 400-450°F. Let rest for ≈10-12 minutes.

Then carved for picture ( I barely took pictures before devouring it).

    Perfect cook, I tend to go for 2” thick steaks and go for flips at either 4 to 5 min intervals at lower temps for 16-20 minutes over charcoal
