  1. Wow that is a sexy dish. It looks very tasty and the depth of flavor looks to be excellent. The potatoes also look great with the dish.

  2. Beautiful plate but the lack of symmetry between the three dots on one side and four on the other is bothering me way more than it should.

  3. Love the color the purple fingerlings bring to this, gives it a deep sea feel with the tentacles pulling up and intertwining. I would be really happy if I was served this. Nice work chef!

    Nicely done! I love the charred smokey octopus paired with the tartness of tomatos and citrus.
    The plate though- maybe white isn’t the right color for the plating?
