This was a fun plate to do. The flavours were so spot on.
I’m not a huge fan of edible flowers so don’t use them much. I always struggle with where to place them on a plate without looking pretentious.

I think there are good ideas here but man that is busy looking. Too many leaves, too much foam that’s not tight enough.
