Seems like WAY too much balsamic reduction.
I see a lot of comments about the blue cheese – I’ve done compressed watermelon and feta salads at work and they are very popular, so this might be a good match. Tropical fruit and cheese actually work very well together.

I personally love watermelon salads, but have only ever had them with Feta. I really love Bleu cheese so I would totally try this.

The centerpiece looks beautiful. The sauce is on the plate or not it for me. I would like to see it maybe like drops from a squeeze bottle. Like alternating bigger spots of balsamic with smaller spots of the other sauce

I love blue cheese now that I’ve grown up a smidge. But I can’t imagine it on watermelon. But I also can’t imagine wanting salad and herbs on my watermelon either… I get weird about the textures together there’s no real balance. But I TRULY love the look of it. Very beautiful ! Good work, hope you enjoyed it

Great choice of colors with everything. Cheese and fruits are a great combination. The balsamic looks a little heavy.
