    This sauce technique never really took off. Honestly, if there was a pool of it right in the middle it would look infinitely better. Sounds great, though.

    The colors meld together so beautifully but the red streaks are off putting

  3. I like the bloody vegetables but i would like a light blue or yellow or white plate to make the gore pop

    Personally not a fan of the ‘blood’ maybe a drizzle or something would look nicer but overall it looks pretty good.

  5. Asides from all very monochromatic, it sounds great with a lot of nice textures as well. Would like to hear more about the mole. The sumac and fennel sounds like a great combo, too.

    Why is there food on only half the plate? The exact same plating would look much better on a smaller plate.

    Lotta people saying they don’t like the blood effect. I think it looks delicious but maybe that’s because I’m not vegan lol.
