    [Homemade] Swedish Meatballs with Creamy Gravy, Mashed Potatoes & Lingonberry Sauce

    Tried making IKEA-style meatballs at home and honestly… this might be one of the coziest meals ever 🤤

      Meatballs
      500g ground beef
      Breadcrumbs
      1 egg
      1 tsp all spice
      1 tsp garlic powder
      1 tsp black pepper
      1 tsp salt
      Chopped fresh coriander
      1 small onion chopped
      1 tsp onion powder
      1 tsp white pepper
      Creamy Sauce
      3 tbsp butter
      1 tbsp all purpose flour
      3–4 cups beef stock
      2 tbsp cream
      2 tsp dark soy sauce
      1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
      1 tsp mustard
      1/4 tsp salt

      I tried this at Ikea and as a Dutch person I don’t really get the sweet sauce, didn’t care for it, but yay that looks yummy

      Yeah, but nobody is putting only 4 green beans on their plate unless it’s for a toddler, and this one clearly isn’t.
