It took my brain an embarrassingly long time to realize that Ontario fruit was not some exotic new fruit that I hadn’t ever heard of. I was scrutinizing the picture trying to find it thinking, “No, that just looks like strawberry. And that is blackberry, I thi– Ohhhhhh.” I’m a dumbass. Dish looks like something I would murder. Does the honey pick up a lot of smoke or is it pretty subtle? And do you buy it or make it?
