  1. Needs something. Eel sauce drizzle, spicy Mayo maybe? Sesame garnish?
    I do a “Spicy Thai Mayo” that is pretty amazing.
    Do a basic spicy Mayo but toss in some red Thai curry seasoning / ginger / and garlic chili paste. 🤌🏼

    I really like your presentation plate … if you don’t mind me asking where you got it snd what the composition… stone , or diatomaceous earth ( the latter super absorbent and high porosity..great job
