  1. Wasabi-yuzu gel sounds amazing! I don’t know if I love the micro cilantro stuck in it, though. I think I’d like the tuna sitting on a little bed of it…but I really love cilantro, lol.

    What are the little white balls?

  2. I am sure this tasted amazing and I love the idea of making the Yuzu gel look like little fruits with the greens but the first thing that came to my mind was “looks like an insect laid eggs on that avocado.”
