  1. Great lighting, great plate, simple. Not gonna mention the green onions.

    When searing the mushrooms are you weighing it down for maximum sear?

  2. Prep & presentation both look great but the lighting is off (too dark at the top) & you should have cropped the picture.

    100% would smash btw
