Five-spice mousse entremet, chocolate sponge, mandarin peel jelly, peanut & Sichuan peppercorn praline

Would love any feedback or suggestions – trying to learn some new techniques and improve my plating at home.

    Wow that chocolate looks great, it’s so dark and glossy and I love the contrast between it and the garnishes… I’m no baker and still learning about plating but this looks and sounds incredible 10/10 would eat 🙂
