Looks amazing, I wouldnât have thought of the confit egg yolk here but I bet it plays well
Looks amazing, appetizing overall, and well balanced. Personally, I feel thatâs a lot of toasted sesame flavor and texture wise. The yolk make sense, the tomatoes, I would have to eat it to see if it all works together with the sauce. You missed your calling at any rate.
