



Made some homemade pizza today.
Tested out a different recipe.
700 grams caputo flour
400 grams cold water
1 gram dry yeast
17 grams salt
20 grams olive oil
Mix till a smooth ball, let it rest for 30/60 minutes and divide into small balls. I made 300 gram dough balls for a bit bigger pizza.
