I know it's not traditional but I was asked to do this by a friend so I made a batch (made more than 50 panettoni this month lol, and it was my first time making it).
No suspensions inside, pistachio cream put inside with a syringe, then covered in white chocolate and pistachio ganache. Ended with crumbled pistachios. Can't post the inside because ofc I haven't cut through it, it's for my friend.

This looks insane. My advice would be, place it on the kitchen counter in front of me, walk away, and don’t turn around no matter what you hear.
