
Improvised recipe because it sounded good in my head lol
- Pan-fried cod seasoned with smoked paprika, onion powder, s&p
- Whipped tofu(blended 1 block firm tofu until smooth then added 1 tbsp-ish oil from garlic confit)
- Topped off with some fried garlic and tobiko(flying fish roe)
Definitely not an everyday dish, but I was feeling fancy and had lots of free time. Delicious 🙂
