I’m using stock images but I am always on the lookout for new cheeses to try whenever I go to the store. Credit to various cheese websites, resources, and sellers for the cheese images and cheese facts. If any of you know some cheeses that I haven’t done yet I would love some input!

Here is your daily cheese facts: Silky smooth. Washed in brine and cider. Cider from Yarlington Mill apples from Herefordshire has helped David Jowett make a cheese in Gloucestershire, reminiscent of Reblochon from the Haute-Savoie in France. Fromage sans frontières.

Also as a note: I post my daily cheese here as well as in my r/dailycheese subreddit.

King Stone Dairy are an incredible creamery, i don’t think a single one of their cheeses have ever disappointed. Im a big fan of their Burford and Moreton as well.

  3. What kind of cheese is this? It looks delicious, it melts in your mouth. Is it moldy or aged? How can I make one like this at home?

  4. Reblochon first came to mind when I saw the picture. Description did not disappoint. I guess now Brits have to make their own version of tartiflette.

This sub keeps coming up for me and I love cheese so I joined. But now I’m sad to live an hour from any store that might carry this and other amazing cheeses
