I am just a guy that like cheese. But I want to test more cheeses so there isn’t some gem that will stay hidden from me.
This thing I bought had name on it: sheep cheese with white mold.
Is there any name more specific? Should it be like in the photo with two different colors hardness etc (it was 50% off)?
