Potato was boiled in beef stock and aromatics then roasted in the oven in olive oil and pork fat. Steak was dry brined a day then cooked on a stainless steel pan, unfortunately pan was a bit too hot so steak got a bit overcooked. Sauce was a pan sauce with garlic and shallots then deglazed with sake and finished with cream and parsley.

    That looks great, with what you listed that should be enough to replicate the sauce?

    The cook on that beef is looking absolutely perfect, gj! (Talking about the fact both sides look equally cooked and the colour is consistent throughout, not so much your preferred doneness)
