  1. Love it. Super clean plate. Could go with bit more sauce for me or a tiny tiny jug nearby especially if it’s real bordelaise sauce with cubed marrow… Yuuuuuum

  2. Peas in the pod send me, well done. The dollops of puree are slightly distracting, perhaps the ones on the outer edge could be eliminated. Also distracting are the spice (?) crumbs around the outer plate. As you’ve labeled yourself a home cook, be prepared for neighbors showing up randomly to see your great cooking.

    Like the others, I love the peas! Please elaborate on prep and cooking.

    Maybe place the herbs over the purée rather than the duck?

    Plating could be better but apologies I’m too busy salivating over every element on that dish to give feedback. 10/10 for flavour combo! (plating about a 7)

    The dried mint could be removed, or done as a spice crust sear on the duck. The little sprinkles of it might be nicer visually and to eat if they were fine shred fresh mint, maybe with a little lemon zest? This looks gorgeous and sounds delicious, but I feel like maybe just a hint of acid would make it sing. Fantastic job.
