  1. Pizza, calzones, fried breaded cheese cubes.
O’d also shred and freeze a bunch. Low moisture cheese works well for cooking/ melting even after freezing.

Cheese sticks. If you don’t want to fry coat in flour, then egg, then into bread crumbs. Put them on a tray lined with paper and freeze them this step is important. Then you air fry for best results or oven if you don’t have an air fryer.

  3. When we get a large piece like that we cut it in chunks and vacuum seal them. They’ll stay good for a long time.

  4. Dice some into cubes, make your favorite meatball recipe, wrap the meat around your cheese cubes and cook as usual.

You could also do a stuffed meatloaf with some prosciutto and spinach inside with the cheese.

Nothing. My husband would eat it all like a feral goblin. He’s not to be trusted around large quantities of cheese.

  6. Jalapeño poppers? You can batch make them and then freeze them and then reheat them using an air fryer

  7. Cut it into moderately sized blocks, wrap each block closely, and freeze all but one block.

It’s what I do when I buy cheese at Costco.
