
I failed a little when breaking eggs a little yolk got into the eggwhites. Lost some puffyness.
But it still tastes amazing.
I never knew it is so easy to make!
Every mountain restaurant should make this fresh – I would pay upwards 35 EUR for fresh Kaiserschmarrn!

Try a freshly made plum compote with it. Plums, sugar, some cinnamon mmmmh
