I presume you serving more items on the plate.there is definitely lots of room.
Cake looks too plain,ice cream Great.would like to see more confit blueberries on the plate rather than I fresh half blueberry.
Are those mirangs on top.looks poorly executed.👎

Your plates are incredible. I like the playfulness of this one, and would be interested in the combination of flavor as I have never tried these together.
