Pan fried and dipped in soy+sriracha but lately I’ve enjoyed a bigger “meal” of pairing with broth and whatever fixins I have on hand to make a yummy filling soup (dried mushrooms rehydrated, torn up nori/seaweed, green onion tend to be staples).

I like them pan fried with some kimchi. Sauce varies. I tend to not pair it with other food, if I do, it’s usually miso soup or ramen.

microwave, then toss on a hot pan sprayed with avocado oil to get some crispy edges. i usually just eat with soy sauce but gonna steal some of the ideas mentioned here..

Obsessed with these!! I have them pan fried with a serving of white rice and a veggie like broccoli or shishito peppers, and a drizzle of sriracha and hoisin. You could do wonton soup with them, too.

with kimchi soup. i fry up some kimchi, ginger, and vegetables i need to get rid of in sesame oil, then use up all the fermented kimchi juice at the bottom + chicken stock (fish stock is more traditional i think) and cook for like 15 minutes <3 add soy sauce, oyster sauce, gochugaru/gochujang to taste and add the dumplings in and cook for an extra 5 minutes. stupidly good.

I love air fried for crispy, soup for cozy. Depends on my mood. For the soup I heat a little sesame oil in a pot, add garlic & ginger until it smells like heaven in the kitchen, then dump in chicken stock & bring to a boil. Dump these little beauties in with some thinly sliced carrots and spinach & enjoy.

Boil them in Trader Joe’s miso ginger broth, add a crap ton of Bok choy and a couple tbsp of huy fong chile garlic sauce! SO GOOD and a huge bowl is >300 calories.
