    I dig it. Good cook on the beef. Puree looks tight. Is this part of a tasting menu?

    The juxtaposition of some elements on this dish are sensational, the morels, jus and filet look amazing, but the pickles and random garnish look thrown on by a toddler with a catapult

    What brand is that plate, the plate looks good but I would have the leaves facing up and the onions sort of leaning on the morels
