How are these Dutch pancakes? It doesn’t look anything like pancakes from The Netherlands. And I’ve had pancakes from several pancake restaurants over the years…
If I search online, these are called Dutch Baby Pancakes, but I’ve never seen these anywhere in Dutch shops or restaurants.
Apparently it is an US invention based on a German pie.
