i am not very healthy

This is technically day 3, but I had a terrible flare up yesterday and absolutely binge ate because I didn't have any energy or proper meals. So, day 2 of counting my calories for the first time in a while. there's a 50% chance i'll be eating another small snack by the end of the night since I'm posting this at 7pm and i don't go to bed until 10. might start trying to eat a morning yogurt? I just usually wake up late and eat lunch pretty early into the day. Hoping to start walking longer than 10 minutes, but I'm starting slow right now.
