
Hey guys just wanted a share a tip from a salty food loving girly. Whenever I’m feeling bored and hungry (not real hunger, just bored cravings, usually before my period) and really need something savory or salty to hit the spot, I just drink some nice salty broth! You can add whatever seasonings you want to it. Sometimes I make “egg drop” broth and it’s just chicken broth, white pepper and a dash of sesame oil. It’s essentially no calories but it really satisfies me. I don’t do this all the time but especially on those days where I just feel like a bottomless pit, it comes in handy! Bonus points if it’s bone broth.. but I will literally just use powdered bullion if it’s all I have on hand!
