Surpassed my fiber goal today! Raspberries to the rescue lol

Breakfast: maple protein waffle and egg white omelettes with cheese + carrot salad πŸ§‡
Lunch: roasted leeks with a yogurt/romescu sauce and crispy onions with airfried tilapia and shallots 🐟
Dinner: kimchi jiggae with konjac noodles… insanely low calorie, high volume, high protein and soooo easy 🍜
Dessert: Greek yogurt raspberries and fiber one brownie 🍫
