Found these at my local Freshco for only $1.99 CAD. 20g of protein and only 170 cals!!! I haven’t tried them yet so I don’t know if it’s any good but will updat
I just wish heat up meals didn’t have so much sodium. It hurts my mouth, not to mention my health.
I have tried this one before, a long time ago. The meat has a weird texture. Kind of dry but rubbery, yet somehow juice comes out when you bite into it. Don’t buy too many before trying.

I eat frozen dinners like 4 nights a week because of work and honestly they’re so clutch when losing weight. Def not the best for me but I’ll work on that when I get a different job 😭

I used to get these 10 for $10 when I was on my first successful weight loss journey. I ate one practically every night. Sometimes I ate two. They really made it SO easy.

In my country there was a horsemeat scandal where super cheap ready meals were not the meat advertised… Be cautious with very cheap meat!

I love these honestly, they’re not too satiating so I always pair it with a bag of steamed veggies like broccoli or green beans and it fills me up. Dieting is so much easier when you’re not cooking and counting every tiny gram of everything. These are life savers.

I warn you. It might not look a lot like the picture on the cover.
I do hope you enjoy it though!

Walmart in Canada has these frozen meals called Nutri-bowls (I know they sound weird.) And they are so shockingly good, and surprisingly decent ingredients with usually about 10g fibre and 20g protein at 300-350 calories depending on flavour. They’re so helpful when I can’t figure out what to eat and might reach for something higher calorie. I have about 4 a week, and honestly if I didn’t work at home I’d probably bring one to work with me everyday.

There’s not much food inside and the turkey had a weird texture. The food to sauce ratio is off (lots of sauce). I added frozen veggies to it for better balance.

Glad you found an option that’s working for you & thx for sharing!!! Not too bad if you’re in a time crunch (price is good too), but I feel like a protein shake prob has similar stats without all the sodium?

i think we all forget how low calorie meat is! Especially when it’s not cooked with lots of butter/oil.
